Wino Mail Terms of Use

The basic rules for using Wino Mail, the website, Wino Account, and optional Wino Intelligence.

Using Wino

These terms cover Wino Mail, the Wino website, Wino Account, and Wino Intelligence, operated by Burak Kaan Köse. By using them, you agree to these terms. Use Wino lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, bypass its security, or access another person’s account or data without permission.

Your account and content

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Your content remains yours, and you must have permission to use the accounts and content you connect. We process it only as described in our privacy policies.

Optional Wino Intelligence

Intelligence requires a Wino Account and separate permission to process mail. You choose which mailboxes to enable and can withdraw permission at any time. Buying Intelligence does not enable processing by itself. AI results can be inaccurate, so review them before relying on them or sending a message. You can use ordinary Wino Mail without Intelligence.

Purchases and cancellation

The price, billing period, taxes, and usage limits are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a website subscription from your account dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid period shown there. Store purchases follow that store’s process. Refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Turning off Intelligence permission does not cancel a subscription. These terms do not limit any statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Availability and other services

We work to keep Wino reliable and secure, but availability, accuracy, and compatibility with every provider or device are not guaranteed. Updates may change features or be needed to keep the app working. Connected services, such as your mail provider, have their own terms and privacy policies.

Ending access

You may stop using Wino at any time and email us to request account deletion. We may restrict or end access for a serious breach of these terms, abuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement. We will explain the reason and give notice where reasonably possible and lawful.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, caused by use of Wino. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or takes away your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

The Wino Mail Privacy Policy covers the mail app and Google user data. The Wino Account Privacy Policy covers your account and Wino Intelligence, including AI processing, encryption, retention, and your choices.

Changes and contact

We will post changes here with an updated date and give notice of material changes before they take effect. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it. For questions about these terms, email wino@bkaan.dev.
