To better protect your privacy, I (Burak Kaan Kose) provide this privacy policy notice explaining how personal information is collected and used in Wino Mail.

Collection of routine information

The application requires access to your email account details to list, update, change, and create emails on your behalf.

Your sensitive mail data is used only to provide those email features. Wino Mail does not share your data with third parties or use it for its own unrelated purposes. Personal and sensitive data is intended to remain in your local environment.

You can delete your existing stored data through the application itself without requiring manual intervention from us.

Advertisement and other third parties

This application does not advertise your personal information to any external or internal website. Your personal data is not exposed to the public internet environment. Wino Mail does not share data provided by email provider APIs, such as Outlook or Gmail, with third parties.

Security

Wino Mail does not share your emails with external sources. Your data is stored on your device.

Google user data

Wino Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Permissions

When seeking access to your Google user data, permission requests are sent by the Wino Mail app. Authorized client credentials used to access your Gmail account are kept confidential. We request access only to the information needed for the features you choose to use, and we will prompt you again if new features require additional permissions. Where possible, Wino Mail uses incremental authorization.

Revoking access to Google user data

You may revoke Wino Mail's access to your Gmail account from your Google account security settings by removing the app's third-party access.

Types of data requested

The permission request screen lists the types of data requested. If future features require different permissions, Wino Mail will prompt a new request for review and consent.

Request purpose

The app requests user data only to enable Wino Mail features when working with your Gmail account emails. Without that access, Wino Mail cannot provide features such as reading, filtering, sending, and composing email. Wino Mail does not use Google user data for other purposes.

Changes to this privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2023-07-25 and remains in effect except for future changes, which take effect when posted on this page. I reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If material changes are made, Wino Mail will provide notice within the application or on this page.
